Our Legacy

Founded in 1916 by C.L. Abell, Abell & Son began as a general business in Welsh, LA, and officially entered the agricultural industry in 1929 with the Case tractor line. Since then, we’ve weathered the challenges of changing times, growing industries, and evolving technologies. Today, we are proud to be the oldest Kubota® dealer in Louisiana, with a name trusted by generations of farmers, ranchers, and landowners. Our continued success is fueled by our unwavering dedication to the community and the customers who have supported us for over 100 years.
