Doug Ardoin in the parts department is a top-notch guy when it comes to taking care of the customer. We recently acquired an old Ford 8000 tractor and needed parts. Doug was professional, courteous and patient while we went through the parts list and diagram. He treated me like I was his only customer. Good service can be hard to find these days and people like Doug are what make companies like Able and Son stand out.
